Hall hire

Holy Trinity Parish are very fortunate to have a fantastic and popular hall space at Holy Family Church in Beacon Park. We currently have many groups hiring the hall for classes, baby & toddler sessions, slimming support groups and much more.  Holy Family Hall is located in the popular area of Beacon Park which is not far from Outland Road and the A38. Already a popular venue for children’s parties the hall boasts of a large area suitable for children’s entertainers, bouncy castles or traditional party games. A separate kitchen with ample serving hatch is available enabling party food to be prepared and/or served up. Toilets are located in the hall which only those hiring the hall will have access to. A small meeting room is included in the price which gives you extra space for children’s entertainers to get changed or to store birthday gifts. We can hire out the hall on Friday, Saturday and Sunday  (on Sundays we can only hire it out until 9pm).  ​Please note that we do not allow the sale of alcohol at any time, nor do we allow animals or loud music in the hall, and we cannot hire the hall out for a Halloween party.​

Important Information:

• Keys MUST be collected and returned from our Parish Office 70 Westeria Terrace, Beacon Park, Plymouth PL2 3LR.
• The hourly rate is £15 and is payable in CASH only at the time you collect your keys.  Minimum length of hire is 3 hours.
• We charge a deposit of £30 for the keys and to ensure that the hall is left tidy and your rubbish disposed of.
• We do not permit the sale of alcohol at any time, or loud music, animals or Halloween parties.
• On Sundays we can only rent the hall out until 9pm.
• The hall MUST be left in a clean and tidy and your rubbish by removed by yourselves in order for your deposit to be returned.
